We have unfortunately already had reports of trespassers making themselves at home in our beautiful park. Anyone that is not a member that uses the boat launch, restrooms, or is on the park premises can be handled in a few different ways. 

First, the board encourages members to politely notify trespassers that this is a private park owned by the HOA members and that they need to leave. If you do not feel comfortable approaching a trespasser you may always get assistance from a board member.

Second, the Bonney Lake Police Department has access to our park to handle trespassing at anytime. Calling the non-emergency number and notifying them of the situation is always an option for a member.

Our board president spoke with the lead of the kayak rental business in Allen Yorke park and they have agreed to let their customers know that accessing our park will be handled as trespassing.
